瑜伽与健康研究进展

摘    要:运用文献资料法概括了瑜伽运动的特点,并回顾总结了国内外瑜伽与健康的研究成果。资料表明:瑜伽作为一项流行的并且有益于健康的运动,不但能缓解心理压力,防治精神疾病;长期坚持瑜伽练习还可以显著地减轻体重、改善身体形态,并且降低血脂、血压和血糖水平,提高身体机能,从而有效地预防和治疗心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性病。

Abstract:This article introduced the characteristics and the effect of yoga,reviewed the main research and progress about yoga and health,in order to provide a basis for future study.study Yoga,a popular physical activity,has many health benefits.studies shows that yoga can not only control mental disorder,but also effectively reduce weight and improve body shape,in order to can prevent and treat some chronic diseases as cardiovascular diseases,diabetes and so on.
