| 摘 要： | 针对大型铁合金企业配料系统的配料小车运行要求平稳启动和制动、快速、高精度的特点，提出了一种基于DSP芯片与PLC控制器相结合的配料小车精确定位控制方法。DSP解决了系统模糊控制过程中模糊关系矩阵计算工作量大的问题，PLC实现对系统执行机构的控制。实验表明，该系统完全满足配料小车运行平稳、快速、高精度的要求。

| Abstract: | To meet the needs of smooth start-up and braking, high-precision for batching system of large ferroalloy hatching system, a positioning control method for batching vehicle based on PLC controller combined with DSP is studied here, where DSP is used to fulfill the complicated control algorithms and PLC for the implementation of the control. Experiments show that the system is effective to fully satisfy the requirements of system. |
