| 摘 要： | 本文报告糖尿病145例中并发糖尿病肾病25例,发病率为17％。其发病率与糖尿病肾病病程呈正相关,蛋白尿为其最早的临床表现特征。随着血糖的下降,尿蛋白相应减少,肾功能有不同程度的恢复。

| Abstract: | 25 Cases of patients with diabetes complicated by diabetic kidney diseases in 145 cases with diabetes were repoted in this paper.Morbidity was 17 percent.The positive Corre- lation between the morbidity and the Process of the diseases was shown.Proteinuria was the earliest clinical symptom.The protein in uria would decline,Corresponding to the decrease of blood sugar,and Kidney function Could also recover at defferent degree. |
