摘    要:根据不同形状与尺寸、材质及结构的探头测得的冷却曲线,分析了探头的浸淬冷却行为、冷却效果及其对介质冷却特性评定的影响,对用探头及其冷却曲线法评定淬火介质冷却特性的适用性及分析方法进行了探讨.

Abstract:According to cooling curves measured by various probes with different shape and size, materials and construction,cooling behaviors of theseprobes upon immersion-quenching and their influence on quenching effect and evaluation of cooling characteristics of quenching media are analysed.The authorsalso deal with the applicability and analysis method for evaluation of coolingcharacteristics of quenchant with the probe and its cooling curve.
