城市综合体噪声影响预测与控制技术研究

摘    要:城市综合体内噪声源种类多、数量多、噪声振动叠加互相影响,噪声治理难度较大。本研究通过以某位于1类声环境功能区的城市综合体为例,选取具代表性的冷却塔机组、排油烟风机及地下车库通风系统排风口噪声源进行研究,根据噪声源不同的位置以不同预测模型进行预测,以综合体内的酒店为敏感目标,预测各声源的噪声水平、垂直距离衰减的叠加噪声影响,并通过实测数据检验预测结果,根据预测结果研究设计了一套对冷却塔通风散热影响小、低频声治理效果好的冷却塔机组整体降噪工艺和专利技术防油烟阻抗复合消声器,监测数据证明治理后酒店各楼层均符合《声环境质量标准(GB3096- 2008)》夜间45dB(A)的1类区噪声限值的要求。该研究的噪声控制思路和冷却塔机组、排油烟风机的噪声控制技术工艺先进合理,为城市综合体噪声的控制提供了一个范例。

Abstract:Urban complex has many types of noise sources and noise, vibration influence each other, the noise control for them is difficult. This research chose an urban complex which located in class 1 acoustic function zone as an example, chose cooling tower, lampblack emission fan and underground garage ventilation system noise as the research objects and the hotel in urban complex as the sensitive target. According to the different positions of noise sources, different forecast models were used to forecast the noise superimposed impact of noise attenuation in horizontal and vertical distance. The actual measured data was used to examine forecast results. According to the results of prediction, a set of cooling tower noise control technology which had no adverse effect on the performance of the cooling tower and well effect of low-frequency noise control was designed. In addition, the prevent lampblack composite silencer by patent technology was designed. The measurement results in hotel outperformed the first category standard of (GB3096-2008 ),i.e.,45dB(A) at night. The thinking of this research and the technology of noise control were advanced and reasonable, provided an example for the noise control in urban complex.
