陈水扁上台后加强对台军掌控的措施

从2000年“总统”大选上台,到2004年竞选连任,陈水扁为维持其政权的稳定采取了诸多举措,其中最重要一点就是想方设法加强对曾经长期接受国民党教育、具有很深“反独”烙印的台湾军队的掌控程度。经过刻意安排的人士调整和对军队实施“独化”教育,陈水扁全面控制台军的企图已经见到了成效,台军的政治立场发生明显改变,对台当局“俯首帖耳”程度也越来越高。

Chen Shui-bian's Measures: How to Control Taiwan Army after Coming into Power

In order to make his regime steady and Taiwan Army absolutely obey his commands,Chen Shui-bian,the leader of Taiwan Authority has taken many measures since he came into power in 2000 and was re-elected in 2004. The most important step is to try to firmly control Taiwan Army which used to be deeply influenced by Kuomintang all along and has rather deep brand of "Anti-Independence". With the special arrangement on the Army's leader level and continual propaganda on "Taiwan Independence",Chen Shui-bian's attempt to control Taiwan Army has begun to take effect. Nowadays,Taiwan Army has not only greatly changed its political standpoints but also become more and more compliant with Chen Shui-bian's policies.
