| 摘 要： | 以国内移动电子商务发展为背景,探讨河南在3G环境下移动电子商务的发展与应用.文章从移动电子商务的发展,基于3G技术的移动电子商务环境,3G移动电子商务模式及实现几个方面对3G移动电子商务进行了较深入的分析.然后结合河南省具体情况,对河南3G移动电子商务进行了SWOT分析,提出了河南3G移动电子商务发展的规划设想,给出了河南3G移动电子商务的发展策略,最后结合发展策略,提出了两个发展策略实施过程中的强化措施.

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the 3G Mobile e-commerce's development and application of Henan Province, based on the national development.The Mobile e-commerce was analyzed through the development of Mobile e-commerce,the circumstances of 3G Mobile e-commerce and the business model.Then combined with the specific circumstances of Henan Province,the SWOT analysis of Henan 3G mobile e-commerce was carried out.The development planning assumptions of Henan 3G mobile e-commerce and the development strategy of Henan 3G mobile e-commerce were given.Finally,two control measures of development strategy for the implementation process were put forward. |
