基于ABAQUS的半固态AZ61合金镦粗成形数值模拟

摘    要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件对半固态AZ61合金坯料的镦粗问题进行了分析,计算了坯料内部的应力和变形,通过用触变成形实验得到的变形力与模拟计算得到的变形力相比较,两者基本吻合,为进一步研究控制半固态AZ61合金镦粗变形方案提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper analyses the upsetting problem of semi-solid AZ61 alloy blank,calculates the internal stress and deformation of blank and finds that deformation stress obtained through thixotropic forming experiment conforms to the deformation stress obtained by simulation calculation,which provides theoretic grounding for further study of the project of controlling semi-solid AZ61 alloy upsetting deformation.
