摘    要:为了提高超精密隔振平台隔振效果,对隔振系统进行模糊控制器设计和结构优化设计.在ADAMS/view环境下创建平台参数化模型,以隔振平台加速度、系统动挠度和底座动位移作为性能目标函数进行结构优化.对模糊控制下的主动隔振系统采用ADAMS与Matlab联合仿真的方法.仿真结果表明,经过ADAMS优化之后的主动隔振系统能有效提高主动隔振平台的隔振效果,联合仿真方法为隔振系统动力学仿真提供了一条新的思路.

Abstract:For improving the vibration isolation effect of ultra-precision vibration isolation platform,a fuzzy controller is designed;and its mechanical structure is optimized.First,the parametric model of platform is constructed in the ADAMS/view environment;and then the acceleration,system deflection and base displacement are set as the performance objective functions to optimize the structures;next,the co-simulation method in ADAMS and Matlab is applied to the system.The simulation results indicate that the isolation effect of active vibration isolation platform is improved greatly after optimization;the co-simulation method provides a new train of thought for viration isolation system simulation.
