| 摘 要： | 为了解中草药对球虫卵囊孢子化的影响，将未孢子化柔嫩艾美尔球虫卵囊分别在质量浓度为0．25，0．50，1．00g／mL常山、青蒿、白头翁、秦皮的药物中进行培养，于第4天、第6天观察球虫卵囊的孢子化率。结果表明，所用中草药对球虫卵囊的孢子化率有着明显的抑制作用，其中以常山抑制效果最差；质量浓度为0．25g／mL时，以白头翁、秦皮抑制效果最好；1．00g／mL时，长时间(6d)处理以白头翁、青蒿效果最好。

| Abstract: | Eimeria tenella oocyts were cultured in 0.25,0.50 and 1.00 g/mL levels of Antipyretic dichroa,Artemisia apiacea,Chinese pulsatilla and Fraxinus bungeana respectively to determine the effects of Traditional Chinese Herbs on sporogony.The results show that:the sporulated rate was significantly inhibited by the herbs that were used;the effect of Antipyretic dichroa was the worst in all groups;the inhibition effects of Chinese pulsatilla and Fraxinus bungeana in the 0.25 g/mL level were better than others;and the effects of Chinese pulsatilla and Artemisia apiacea were better in the 1.00 g/mL level for 6 days. |
