改进ADC法的C4ISR系统效能评估

针对ADC法中决定能力矩阵C的诸多随机事件复杂多变,且部分指标缺乏定量描述的问题,对该方法进行改进,即联合使用ADC法与层次分析法、专家征询法,通过定性与定量结合,实现对C4ISR系统效能的评估.首先,在分析传统ADC评估方法优缺点的基础上,确定本文采用的评估方法——改进ADC法.其次,建立基于改进ADC法的C4ISR系统效能评估指标体系及评估的基本程序.再次,分别建立可用性向量A、可信性矩阵D、能力矩阵C及其子模型的计算模型.其中重点描述了在ADC法基础上,综合运用层次分析法、专家征询法等方法建立能力矩阵C及其子模型的过程.最后通过实例计算分析,验证所建立模型的有效性和可用性.
