| 摘 要： | 本文报道了利用超声波技术对低变性豆粕进行处理 ,引起豆粕结构的变化。在光学显微镜下观察发现 ,超声波处理的豆粕与参照组样品比较 ,经过特定超声处理的豆粕样品细胞变散、细胞壁破碎 ,这种状态更有利于细胞内有机物质的提取及有效物质的再利用

| Abstract: | This paper recounts that the cell structure of the bean dregs of low denaturation.Will change in ultrasound,we observe that the cell which are dealt with specify ultrasonication are dispersed and the cell wall is broken correspondingly in constrast with referent sample under the microscope.In this condition it benefits extracting the organic matter form the cells. |
