电动叉车动态稳定性的动静法分析

摘    要:电动叉车的动态稳定性直接影响其工作质量、效率与安全。通过受力分析,利用动静原理。给出了动静失稳坡度角的求法,并结合实例分析了速度和加速度对电动叉车动态稳定性的影响。为改进叉车的设计、提高其动态稳定性、改善叉车的性能提供了依据。

Abstract:Dynamic stability of an electric fork-lift exerts direct effects on the performance quality, efficiency and safety. A solution to no-stable slop angle is derived from force analysis of dynamic-stable principle in the paper. Effects of velocity and acceleration of an electric fork-lift on the dynamic stability are analyzed by an example. The practices provides a basic of improving design, increasing stability and making better performance of an electric fork-lift.
