| Abstract: | The effects of the different addition methods of extracts from banana and its concentration on the propagation of proto-corm-like bodies of Dendrobium huoshanense were studied. The results showed that the 1/2MS medium with the extract at the concentration of 5% - 10% was helpful to the propagation of the protocormlike bodies. |
