| Abstract: | Bottom temperature is an important parameter reflecting internal temperature of calcium carbide furnace.Higher bottom temperature is helpful to the production but is harmful to the equipments at the bottom.The forced refrigeration is necessary to reduce the bottom temperature,however improper operation often creates an overlowered temperature which will increase the heat consumption.This paper introduces the methods to control ventilated installations reasonably and keep optimum bottom temperature. |
