| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the high-strength aluminum alloy strengthening method, the strengthening and toughening mechanisms of the high-strength aluminum alloy are commented on. And it is pointed out that the thermomechanical treatment（TMT）, regression and re-ageing（RRA） are the methods which are more effective and more prospective for development. |
