| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料收集和调查研究，对湖南民间武术项目的传承及发展中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出湖南民间武术要维系发展，延续辉煌，就必须坚持保护与传承并重，以法律等手段对民间武术进行有效保护，同时通过提高民间武术竞赛地位、办好武校、培养年轻接班人等手段保证民间武术的顺利传承．

| Abstract: | In this paper, problems in the inheritance and development of Hunan flok martial arts is analysed, legal measures to protect it should be taken, and other ways such as raising the status of flok martial competition, running the martial school in a better way, and training young successors are proposed. |
