蒸汽冷凝水热量回收喷射系统的研究

摘    要:本文阐述蒸汽冷凝水热量回收的系统框图,建立冷凝器汽——液相转换的热平衡方程、状态方程、不凝气体及喷射蒸汽质量流量的计算公式,研究喷射器在冷凝装置和冷凝水回收泵之间所起的耦合作用,建立喷射器的流体连续性方程、热平衡方程和效率计算的公式,指出克服冷凝后过热水再转变为汽相的技术关键。文中还导出流体在循环回路及经过泵加压后的能量方程,最后给出应用实例的示意图并讨论应解决的技术性问题。

Abstract:First,it presents a frame figure of the recovery system coneeming steam condensate heat.Second, it establishes cquations of heat equilibium gas state,mass flow calcu- lating of the jet steam and incondensable gas.Third, it studies coupling function between condensate unit and recovery pump of the hot condensate with ejector.Fourth,it sets up the fluid continuity equation,heat equilibium equation and efficiency equation of the ejector and points out the technical key how the prevent hot condensate change into steam phase,Fiveth,it obtains energy equations when fluid passes from recurrent passage through pump to export.At last,it gives signal figures of the applied examles and settles the technical questions of the jet system.
