| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化进程中,地方本科院校承担着重大责任,也面临着巨大压力,办学特色无疑是优胜劣汰的一项重要指标。本文阐述了大学特色的基本含义,分析了地方本科院校特色之构成,提出了实施特色战略应注意的基本问题。
