| 摘 要： | 围绕现代新儒家的的思想理论(包括民主政治理论在内)是否具有泛道德主义倾向,当前学术界展开了激烈的论战。在此语境下,以张君劢个案为研究对象,通过分析其对政治学与政治哲学的错位、民族主义与自由主义的纠结以及对科学与民主之异化的敏感等方面,以期检视其政治自由主义理论的泛道德主义倾向及其严重后果。

| Abstract: | Modern academia is making a heated debate on it that if new Confucian ideology(including democracy) has pan-moralistic tendency.In this context,the paper is aimed at disclosing the pan-moralistic tendency and its negative impacts,with Zhang Junmai as an example,on the derangement between politics and political philosophy and the tanglement between nationalism and liberalism,etc. |
