| 摘 要： | 该文通过协同学的观点审视,指出高校高水平运动队发展的前提条件是系统的开放与营造非平衡态,内在动力是构建非线性的竞争与协同机制,关键是序参量(制度与文化)的形成与支配作用,并得到新时期高校高水平运动队的管理应完善管理架构、建设制度与文化、变革管理模式、营造和谐环境等启示.
