| 摘 要： | 为了保证人才培养质量,必须构建科学合理的教学质量评价体系.本文应用多级模糊综合评价方法对高校教师教学质量进行评价.此方法可保证定性指标向定量的科学转化,方便地应用于高校教师教学质量评价中,使评价具有客观性,科学性和合理性,并用实例说明了其可行性.可为高校教学质量管理提供参考,使教学管理者能够进行客观公正评价,为今后的工作改进指明方向.
