汽油机爆震自动控制系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种汽油机爆震自动控制系统 ,该系统将经过带通滤波后具有爆震频率特征的缸内压力波峰值作为衡量爆震强度的指标 ,通过实验判别爆震发生的门坎值 ,采用统计方法确定爆震强度 ,依靠控制点火提前角使发动机工作在轻微爆震状态 ,从而使其经济性和动力性得到提高.

Abstract:An automatic knock control system is introduced, the peak value of cylinder pressure wave with knock frequency characteristics, after band\|pass filtering,is defined as the index to quantity knock intensity, the threshold value to judge knock occurrence is determined by experiments, statistic method is used to determine knock intensity, the spark advance angle is controlled to make the engine work in the trace knock level, and the fuel efficiency and power output of the engine have been improved.
