| Abstract: | In order to improve the production efficiency of iodine (125I) brachytherapy seed and reduce the exposure dose of production personnel, the automatic assembly and welding equipment was developed. The equipment consists of titanium tube installation station, silver needle sorting station, titanium tube welding station and titanium tube cutting station four interconnected stations, the device includes rotary table, titanium tube fixture, straight Feeding module, vibrating screen, silver needle filling, titanium tube welding, titanium tube cutting and other institutions, choose OMRON CP1H PLC as a controller, The modules and institutions through the PLC and the host computer control system to automatically complete the seed source filling. Can complete the 125I grain from the automatic titanium tube for filling, welding and 125I seeds collection and so on. |
