HL220-WJ-71水轮机增容改造研究

摘    要:对混流A835和HL2202种转轮进行性能分析,A835转轮过流能力大于HL220转轮,同时,效率和空化特性均优于HL220转轮.二者流道尺寸兼容,但用A835转轮替代HL220-WJ-71转轮的增容改造过程中需将上冠泄水孔减压改造为顶盖排水减压.对同一导水机构,A835水轮机导叶最大开度与HL220相同.更换为A835转轮后,水轮机效率平均提高了5%,出力增加10.7%.

Abstract:From an analysis of the performances of A835 runner and HL220 runner,it shows that the discharge ability of the runner A835 is much greater than that of the runner HL220,and its efficiency and cavitation characteristics are also better.Two runner's dimensions are compatible,but during the capacity-increasing process which uses A835 runner instead of HL220 runner,it is necessary to replace wates-discharging ostium by coying drainage for decompression.For the same guide vane,A835 runner's maximum opening is t...
