| 摘 要： | 目的通过制备动物模型,为临床热溶剂治疗肝癌提供理论依据.方法选择¨只健康家兔,超声引导下肝内注射3,5 mL沸腾蒸馏水,定时观察超声变化,5～7 d后进行肝脏病理学检测及血清IgG,T淋巴细胞转化率的测定.结果注射后动物肝脏超声表现呈略强回声,以后逐渐变为低回声,CDFI坏死区及周边无明显血流信号.病理改变呈凝固性坏死,血清IgG及T淋巴细胞转化率升高.结论高温蒸馏水可诱发动物肝坏死,并引起相关免疫指标的升高.

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the theory basis for clinical treatment of hepatic carcinoma by preparation of animal model, using Hot Distillated Water(HDW)to result in liver necrosis under ultrosonography.Methods 14 rabbits were selected to be treated with HDW, changes of ultrasound and pathologic were observed, the amount of IgG and the convertive rate of T lymphocytes were measured.Results There were obvious coagulation necrosis areas in animal livers. The scope of areas varies with the amount of HDW. Membrane enveloped the necrosis areas. IgG and T lymphocytes increased.Conclusion HDW results in liver necrosis thoughtly under ultrasonography and could increase related immune indexes. |
