| 摘 要： | 基于小城镇可持续发展的思想内涵与目标，从小城镇可持续发展必备的地理环境、资源基础、经济条件、社会系统、科技优势、制度与政策6个基本条件出发，构建了包括环境、资源、经济、社会、科技和政策等要素在内的内蒙古小城镇可持续发展评价指标体系．

| Abstract: | Based on the ideas and goals of sustainable development, staring from the angles of the six basic conditions including geographical environment, resources base, economical condition, society system, science and technology superiority, system and policy, an appraisal index system including the factors such as environment, resources, economy, society, science and technology and policy is established in this paper. |
