| 摘 要： | 用ＡＣＭＹ－Ｓ８０ＰＣ机改造Ｔ６８镗床的电气系统，代替固定接线的电气系统实现加工生产自动化，着重分析如何设计梯形图和外部器件接线图，用ＰＣ实现电气系统控制；以此降低电器故障产生次数，从而增强镗床在加工生产中抗干扰能力。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the electrification system of T68 boring machine which is renovated by ACMY-S80 PC computer and that replace hard wired to realise process automation. Ladder chart and outwired chart of this designer is analysed mainly in the paper by which using PC computer controll electrification system will be realized; So as to reduce electrical instruments fault number, thereby can be inprved boring machine anti-interference ability in the automation of producation. |
