大数据时代精准扶贫实践探析

大数据时代的到来,要求运用大数据思维应对新常态下中国发展的新挑战。在对以往扶贫开发工作的反思与总结后,国家提出以精准识别、精准帮扶、精准管理等为内涵的扶贫工作新机制。在对大数据与精准扶贫作简要概述后,通过系统性分析大数据在精准扶贫中的作用,介绍了当前典型的精准扶贫实践模式,并从其发展中得出启示。

Targeted Poverty Alleviation Practice in Big Data Era

The arrival of the big-data-based era requires the use of big data thinking to cope with the new challenges in the new normal development of China. Having reflected and summarized the work with respect to poverty alleviation and its development in the past, our country has produced a new mechanism for anti-poverty work covering accurate recognition, targeted help, precise management, etc. After an overview of the big data and targeted poverty alleviation, through a systematic analysis of the roles of big data, this paper introduces the current typical practice mode of targeted poverty alleviation, and draws inspirations from its development.
