Na0.45La3.16W5O20:Re3+(Re= Eu,Tb)微纳米材料的制备与发光性质研究

摘    要:采用沉淀法合成了直径约100 nm、呈树枝状的Na0.45La3.16W5O20: Re3+(Re = Eu3+,Tb3+)微纳米材料。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM) 研究了所制备Na0.45La3.16W5O20:Eu3+、Na0.45La3.16W5O20:Tb3+微纳材料的结构、形貌;采用荧光光谱仪研究了所制备材料的激发光谱和发射光谱,并指明了荧光谱图中波峰和跃迁的对应关系。从材料的色坐标图可以看出,随着Eu3+掺杂浓度的增加,颜色更趋于红色区域,色坐标从(0.6028,0.3215)变化到(0.6424,0.33);随着Tb3+掺杂浓度的增加,颜色更趋于绿色区域,色坐标从(0.303,0.4179)变化到(0.3108,0.5351)。

Abstract:Eu3+ or Tb3+ doped Na0.45La3.16W5O20 micro/nanocrystalline with a diameter of about 100 nm and in dendritic structures were prepared through a precipitation method. The final products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Fluorescence spectrometer. The structure, morphology, excitation and emission spectra were studied, and the corresponding relationship between the spectrum peak and the transition was pointed out. The Commission Internationale de l'eclairage (CIE) chromaticity was calculated based on the emission spectra of Na0.45La3.16W5O20: Eu3+/Tb3+ micro/nanocrystsls with different concentrations. The chromaticity coordinates shift from light red(x = 0.6028, y = 0.3215) to deep red(x = 0.6424, y = 0.33) with the increasing of Eu3+. With the increasing of Tb3+, the chromaticity coordinates shift from light green(x = 0.6424, y = 0.33) to green(x = 0.303, y = 0.4179).
