| 摘 要： | 结合专业转型的需要,在学校“以人为本、因材施教、特色办学”的办学理念指导下, 探讨“实训类课程”在培养学生创新能力方面的几个关键要素,从而提高学生的创新创业能力,为少数民族地区和区域性经济建设培养“理论适度,重在应用”的工科应用创新型人才。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the idea of ‘people-oriented, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and characteristic education’, this paper combined with the needs of specialty transformation, and studied several key factors of ‘practical classes’ which can improve the students’ innovation and practical abilities and train engineering innovative talents in the way of ‘appropriate theory teaching, focusing on application’, in order to cultivate talents for minority areas and regional economic development. |
