民间资本推进文化产业发展的优势及对策

文化产业具有技术含量高、环境污染小、资源消耗少、产品附加值高、价值链长等特点,已经成为转变经济增长方式、调整经济结构背景下新的经济增长点。目前中国文化产业发展遭遇融资瓶颈的制约,而民间资本聚集了庞大的能量。通过对民间资本进入文化产业的优势、劣势分析,提出深化文化体制改革、转变政府职能、构筑投资项目指导系统等具体对策,以推进民间资本和文化产业更好地融合。

Advantages in Promoting the Development of Cultural Industry with Private Capital and Countermeasures

Cultural industries with high technological content, low environmental pollution, less resource consumption, high value-added feature, long value chain and other characteristics, have become the new economic growth point under the background of transformation of economic growth mode and adjustment of economic structure. At present, the development of China's cultural industry has encountered the bottleneck of financing, while private capital has gathered huge energy. This paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of private capital entering cultural industry and offers the following countermeasures: deepen the cultural system reform, transform government functions, improve project investment guidance system, cultivate public participation atmosphere and build integrated platform for private capital and cultural industry so as to promote the better integration between private capital and cultural industry and stimulate the rapid development of cultural industries which will become a pillar industry of the national economy.
