多相循环流化床流动规律的研究

摘    要:研究了影响多相流态化各个参数(包括全床平均气含率、全床平均固含率和液体循环量)的因素,细致地讨论了气液两相及固体颗粒加入时,气含率、液体循环量的变化规律,并且通过实验结果发现,固体颗粒加入后,不会改变全床平均气含率和液体循环量的变化趋势,但是液体循环量显著减少,并且从整个系统能量守恒的基础出发,建立了数学模型,用于对整个多相循环流态化系统进行模拟,模型的预测结果与实验获得的数据平均误差小于5%,可较好地描述多相循环流化床流动规律.

Abstract:The effects of gas velocity and liquid velocity on the parameters were researched, and two conditions were discussed, one was gas-liquid phase,the other was gas-liquid-solid phase.When the density of bed was improved, the overall average gas holdup didn't change, the value of liquid circulating quantity decreased remarkably. A flow mathematical model of multiphase circulating fluidization was used to describe the hydrodynamic characteristic of multiphase circulating fluidized bed. The average error between the data of model and experiment is less than 5%.
