西区油田志丹区块二次压裂工艺技术研究

摘    要:西区油田属于特低渗透、低压、低产油藏,压裂改造技术是低渗油田开发的关键技术。综合国内外二次压裂方面理论分析、油田实践、室内实验等方面的调研研究意以及前期二次压裂资料分析,认为储层厚度大于8 m、初期产能低于3.5~4 t/d、目前单井产能低于0.8~1.0 t/d、长期注水不受效的低产井适合转向压裂,而单井产能低的其它类型井可采取简单的重复压裂或者多级充填压裂。针对井网,优化出了不同井网位置处油井的二次压裂的裂缝缝长、加砂规模、砂比、排量等参数。2口改进工艺试验井取得了理想的效果。

Abstract:The Western oilfield is a low permeability,low pressure and low production oil reservoirs.Fracturing is the critical one of the recovery technologies.Synthesizing domestic and foreign theoretical analysis,oil field practice,laboratory experiment investigation and other study researches about refracturing,it's confirmed that the well whose thickness of reservoir is bigger than eight meter,initial production can be lower than 3.5~4 t/d,current production can be lower than 0.8~1.0 t/d,and the long-term irrigat...
