| 摘 要： | 在对比发达国家、地区环境影响评价中公众参与情况的基础上,分析了我国环境影响评价公众参与发展现状及存在问题,提出了提高我国环境影响评价中公众参与有效性的措施,即明确界定公众参与主体范围;保障公众知情权;调整建设项目的公众介入时间,增加公众参与形式的多样性;强化公众环保参与意识。
