刮泥机承载梁有限元优化设计

摘    要:利用作者所开发的水处理设备承载梁部件有限元分析软件,建立了某型号二沉池和平流池刮泥机承载梁的力学模型和有限元模型,论述了建摸方法和优化方法,并进行了有限元优化分析计算。研究结果表明,所建立的力学模型和有限元模型正确,优化效果显著,可减轻原设备重量的27.7%,具有重要的工程实际意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanical models and finite element models are established respectively for the load-bearing beam of mud scraper in a type of second sinkbasin and a type of horizontal flow basin utilizing the finite element analysis software that developed by authors for the sewage treatment equipment load-bearing beam, these beams' modeling method and the optimization method are discussed, and finite element analysis and optimization design are calculated for these beams. The result shows that the finite element models are appropriate and these beams lightened by 27.7%. The result is very good and it has important actual project meaning.
