摘    要:本文开发和论述了一种新的用于测定植物生长调节剂活性的微量滤纸法(MDB)。研究表明,用MDB测定的多效唑(MET)和赤霉素(GA3)对油菜(BrassicacampestrisL.)下胚轴伸长的活性同水溶液法(WSB)完全一致。MDB揭示了在一定处理浓度下化合物的活性不受点样量、点滴方式和扩散时间的影响,比改进滤纸法(IDB)有更大的优越性。

Abstract:In this paper a new micro filter paper disk bioassay (MDB) for determining activities of Plant growth regulators was developed and explicated. It was shown by experiment that the activities of Multi-effects triazole (MET) and Gibberellin (GA3) determined by MDB on hypocotyl elongation of rape (Brassica campestris L. ) are identical with water solution bioassay (WSB). MDB revealed that the activities of the compounds were not influenced by sample quantity, drip pattern or diffusion time at definite treatmental concentration. It was shown that the MDB was an advantage than the improved disk bioassay (IDB).
