摘    要:太阳电池的电参数(串联电阻、并联电阻、暗电流、理想化因子及光生电流等)是分析太阳电池特性的重要参量。本文根据标准光照条件AM1.5(或AM0)下对电池测得的一组电流I和电压C值(I,V),采用最小二乘法,令由计算得出的上述各电参数所确定的I-V曲线与所测得的这一组(I,V)值有最佳的逼近,从而求出各电参数,为了加快运算速度,本文还提出了一组估算电参数初值的公式。

Abstract:A new method for determining the electrical parameters (n, Rs, Rsh, Io, Iph) Of a solar cell is proposed and a set of expressions for estimating the starting values for the electrical parameters are presented. The method is based on the least square curve fitting and is simple and capable of giving all the five parameters at once. The solar cell performance is measured under the normal AM1.5 or AMo condition. A set of values of V and I are obtained and the data are then input into a microcomputer to be processed. Several samples were tested with satisfactory results. A self-coincidence test of the method also gave satisfactory accuracy. The result can either be printed or displayed on screen.
