自适应免疫遗传算法在混合流程车间调度中的应用

摘    要:针对钢丝绳生产混合流程生产模式和工艺、结构特点,研究与设计了自适应免疫遗传算法求解钢丝绳生产JSSP问题.该算法利用免疫算法指导收敛方向,提高了遗传算法运算效率,改善了局部搜索能力.同时改进了算法交叉算子和停机准则.应用于钢丝绳生产作业计划管理系统,提高了调度的科学性、时效性及可行性.

Abstract:The adaptive immunogenetics algorithms was studied and designed, in order to solve the JSSP problem of steel wire rope production, which aimed at the hybrid-process production model, technology and structure characteristics of steel wire rope. The immune algorithms was used to advance the searching efficiency and improve the local searching ability of genetic algorithms. The crossover operator and termination condition were improved too. This algorithms was used in the production planning and management system of steel wire rope, and it improved the schedule of steel wire rope.
