摘    要:本文阐述了以单位滑摩功和平均温升最小为目标的行星变速箱换挡离合器的优化设计,建立了换挡离合器的运动微分方程,并对离合器进行了二维温度场分析,给出了计算实例和计算结果.

Abstract:An optimal design procedure for the planetary transmission shifting clutch with both minimum average temperature rise of the clutch plate and minimum sliding friction work as objective function is presented. In order to find the work and the power of sliding friction, the differential equations of motion for the shifting clutch have been developed based on the speed matrix of planetary transmission and the kinetic energy analysis of planetary transmission system. Owing to the great temperature variation in the clutch in the axial and radial direction, a two-dimensional temperature field for the clutch plate of planetary transmission is worked out using the finite difference method develop Pedby eaceman-Rachford. The temperature at any point on the clutch and the maximum and average temperature rise can thus be obtained. An example is given.
