摘    要:基于毛细流效应,建立了自组装环荧光显微成像技术测定美他环素的方法.美他环素在pH为10.60的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液及聚乙烯醇-124存在下,可形成直径1.84 mm、环线宽59.6μm的自组装环.当点样体积为0.30μL时,线性范围为3.39×10-13~2.03×10-12mol.ring-1(1.13×10-6~6.77×10-6mol.L-1),检出限为1.05×10-13mol.ring-1(3.50×10-7mol.L-1).实测盐酸美他环素片剂中美他环素含量及四种牛奶中残留美他环素的含量,回收率分别在95.2%~106%和94.7%~104%.本方法为药物分析及食品中残留抗生素的检测提供了一种新方法,具有背景干扰小、耗样量少、简单、快速及对环境无污染等优点.

Abstract:The self-ordered ring (SOR) fluorescent microscopic technique is applied to the determination of metacycline based on the capillary effect of solvent on solid supports.In the presence of NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution (pH 10.60) and PVA-124, the droplet of metacycline can form an SOR on the solid supports with the diameter of 1.84 mm and its ring belt width of 59.6 μm.The quantitative analysis of metacycline is achieved with the linear range of 3.39×10~(-13)~2.03×10~(-12) mol·ring~(-1)(1.13×10~(-6)~6.77×10~(-6) mol·L~(-1)) and detection limit (3σ) of 1.05×10~(-13) mol·ring~(-1)(3.50×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1)) when 0.30 μL droplet was spotted.The technique has been applied to the determination of metacycline in the tablets and residue in four different milk samples with the recoveries of 95.2%~106% and 94.7%~104%,respectively.This technique provided a new way for analysis of medicine and determination of antibiotic residues in food,which shows several advantages such as lower background interference,less consumption,simplicity,non-pollution to the environment,etc.
