液态渣细集料对混凝土和砂浆弹性模量的影响

摘    要:从微观形貌,水化产物,显微硬度及孔结构等方面研究液态渣,液态渣砂浆(过滤区)的结构特征,与普通砂,普通砂浆进行比较表明:液态渣集料在砂浆中发生活性反应,水化产物对过渡区有致密作用,且液态渣的结构比普通砂更致密,刚度大,提高了砂浆和混凝土的弹性模量。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of boiler slag and the boiler slag mortar(transition zone)were studied in terms of their micromorphology,hydrated products, microhardnessand pore structure.Comparison was made with common sand and mortar with common sand asaggregate.Results show that f the boiler slag aggregate has an activation effect,the hydrationproducts can densify the transition zone.Moreover, the structure of the slag is denser than that ofcommon sand,and has a greater rigidity, whence the greater elastic modulus of mortar and concrete.
