摘    要:在实验室条件下,较广泛地研究了铋在稀土镁球铁中的孕育作用。试验结果及检测分析表明:微量铋加入铁水中后,使高温铁水中存在的碳、硅元素的浓度起伏有加强的趋势,并且有促进石墨均质和异质核心形成的倾向。

Abstract:Investigations on the inoculation effect of Bi-containing inoculant in RE-Ms nodular iron were systematically carried out in laboratory. Test results are discussed and show that after adding Bi, as a trace element, into molten iron the concentrations of elements C and Si which take places in high temperature molten iron will fluctuate but tend to be intensified, with the formation of both homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleuses to bo promoted.
