扫描电镜粉末样品的制备方法

摘    要:使用等离子溅射镀膜方法处理非导电样品时,不同的样品固定方法对扫描电镜观察有显著影响.文章讨论直接分散法和超声分散法对扫描电镜样品的影响,两种方法对小粒径样品影响更明显,超声分散法效果好,对大粒径样品,两种方法没有明显区别.

Abstract:While non-conducting samples are coated by plasma sputtering,different fixation methods affect the SEM observation remarkably.The effects of direct dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion on SEM samples are discussed.Affects on small particle size samples of two methods are obvious,and ultrasonic dispersion is better.The methods are similar for big particle size samples.
