| 摘 要： | 教师的教育教学行为领带于教育科研，这既是教育教学现代化建设的重要标志，又是实现教育教学现代化的客观前提，外事是在理论联系实际的过程中掌握和培养的一门技巧，英语教师的科研行为从来就是提高英语教学效率的唯一途径，教学与科研辩证统一的关系每时每刻都显示出无比的重要性。

| Abstract: | Teachers' actions in education and teaching depends on the educational research, which is not only the key mark for building the modernization of education and teaching but also objective prerequisite for the modernization of the education and teaching. The foreign language is a kind of skill that is mastered and trained with the integration of theory and practice. The research action has always been regarded as the just way to the efficiency of English teaching. The dialectical unity of teaching and research shows its superiority at all times. |
