两种经桡动脉介入治疗后局部压迫方法效果比较

目的:探讨桡动脉径路PCI(经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术)后不同压迫方法的临床效果.方法:将2009年3月至2009年9月共80例经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入检查治疗的患者随机分成观察组和对照组各40例.对照组介入术后用1块无菌纱布覆盖穿刺点,在穿刺点上方沿血管方向放置小硬筒,再以优格弹力绷带加压固定,松紧以穿刺点不出血为宜.观察组采用动脉止血压迫器充气压迫止血.结果:观察组桡动脉穿刺局部出血、血肿和麻木、发绀、闭塞、肿胀、皮肤破损发生率低于对照组,而舒适度高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入检查治疗术后采用动脉止血压迫器压迫穿刺处止血效果好、直观、并发症少、舒适度高.

Effect Comparison of Two Kinds of Radial Artery Compressor in Radial Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of two kinds of radial artery compressor in radial percutaneous coronary intervention.Method：80 patients who had received the treatment of the radial artery interventional radiology from March to September in 2009 were randomly divided into the case group（40 cases）and the control group（40 cases）.The points of puncture of the control group were covered with a sterile gauze,then put a small hard-tube on the points and fixed it with URGO elastic bandage,finally adjusted the tension to keep the puncture point from bleeding. The case group was treated with the radial artery compression. Results：The incidence rates of local hemorrhage,hematoma and numbness,cyanosis,occlusion,swelling,skin injuries in the case group was significant lower than that of the control group,while the comfort level of the case group is higher than the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：After the transradial percutaneotts coronary intervention,pressing hemostasis with radial artery compresser would be more effective to stop the puncture point from bleeding,more visualized,having less complications and more comfortable.
