| 摘 要： | 为了分析用于惯性约束核聚变的激光驱动器末端的多台阶位相片（MPP：Multi-step Phase Plate）元件对系统稳定性的要求,降低实验操作的难度,采用数值模拟的方法,分析MPP在入射光口径及形状改变时焦斑均匀性的变化和MPP各子单元对称性,得到焦斑均匀性只与MPP被照明面积有关与被照明具体区域和形状无关的结论。
