| 摘 要： | 在工期优化时，丰关键工作活动时的缩短，一些非关键路线上的工作会转变为关键工作，必须同时缩短其活动时间，在DP法中能很好地考虑这些费用增加带来的影响，从而获得最优的工期调整方案，文中以一个例子说明DP法的应用。

| Abstract: | During the optimization along with shortening of action time of works in critical paths,some work in non-critical paths could be transformed to critical works,and their action time must be shortened at the same time.The influence of these increased costs could be considered in DP,thereby the optimal adjustmeut duration could be obtained.The application of DP is illustrated by an exemple in this paper. |
