摘    要:通过体外抗氧化活性检测寻找玫瑰花(rosarugosa)中的抗氧化活性成分.方法采用大孔树脂,硅胶柱层析分离技术对玫瑰花抗氧化活性部位进行分离纯化;并通过理化数据及色谱分析,鉴定化合物的结构.结果分离鉴定出2种抗氧化活性成分Ⅰ,Ⅱ.分别是3,5,7,3′5′-五羟基黄酮(槲皮素)和3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸(没食子酸).化合物Ⅰ(槲皮素)为首次从玫瑰花中分离得到.化合物Ⅰ和化合物Ⅱ的抑制小鼠红细胞溶血活性和抗小鼠组织匀浆脂质过氧化活性均高于玫瑰花粗品,

Abstract:To investigate the antioxidants in rosa rugosa. The water extract of Rosa ru gosa was subjected to extraction with macroporous adsorption resin, TLC and silica to isolate two compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis (UV, IR, NMR, ESI-MS). Two components were isolated and identified as quercetin and gallic acid. It is the first report that quercetin is the constituent isolated from Rosa Rugosa. Quercetin and gallic acid exhibit potent antioxidative activity against lipid peroxidation in mice brain and kidney homogenates and inhibition of mice erythrocyte hemolysis.
