| 摘 要： | 利用组织切片技术首次在显微水平对大鳍消化系统的胚后发育特点作了系统观察研究 .结果表明 :食道内侧纵行肌纤维属于粘膜下层 ,而不是肌层 .胃腺的分化较早 .食道胃衔接处环肌在成鱼为横纹肌 ,仔、稚鱼及幼鱼期发育不完善 ,横纹不典型 .肠上皮的纹状缘出现较早而且发育较快 ,1～ 3日龄时就可见 ,7～ 8日龄时很发达 .5日龄仔鱼肝后部开始贮存脂质 .胰腺为弥散型 ,主要分布于肝脏边缘、胆囊和肠道周围、肠系膜上和脾门部及其周围等处 ,少量随肝门静脉入肝 ,分布于肝叶的边缘实质中
